Welcome to TRACE's Third Party Management System (TPMS)
TRACE's Third Party Management System is a scalable and easy to use platform for managing due diligence on an unlimited number of third party intermediaries. The platform features a comprehensive administrative dashboard for due diligence customers to place and review orders, as well as access the status of all their reports in realâtime. Housed within the TPMS are other essential compliance platforms provided by TRACE, these include:
- TRACEsort, an automated third party risk assessment tool that integrates seamlessly with TRACE risk-based due diligence services.
- The Intermediary Directory, a database of pre-vetted and trained third parties worldwide. Users may request and obtain TRACE Certified Due Diligence reports for third parties in the Intermediary Directory at no cost.
- TRACEgifts, a secure online system for tracking both incoming and outgoing gifts, meals, travel and entertainment for an unlimited number of employees and third parties. Watch a demo walkthrough or contact a TRACE representative with any questions by emailing gifts@TRACEinternational.org.
- The TRAC Register, a database of third party suppliers that have completed international baseline due diligence requirements and hold TRAC profiles. Users may request access to TRAC profiles at no cost. Profiles must be updated annually to remain active.
