New Year, New Goals!

We have all been through this before… as the new year approaches, we begin to take stock of how the present year measured up to our expectations. Maybe we decided to lose weight or build strength, spend less or save more, or perhaps we wanted to keep the momentum we built from the prior New Years’ resolution? Whatever your goals are for 2019, know that simply setting an intention to better ourselves can be a victory within itself. To continuously strive to get better or be better is what makes us grow. As we embark on this second year of LiveWell@sacda, we ask you, what are your 2019 goals? How will you get there? And how can we help? Because we are all in this together.
